Estimating is the lifeblood of contracting. Without quality estimates, a contractor cannot stay in business. Estimating is where the profits are usually lost, even before the job starts.

This workshop, held in partnership with The Lathrop Company, will be hands-on and will place emphasis on various aspects of the bidding process: the decision to bid; where to obtain bidding documents; review of plans and specifications; quantity take-off; pricing; proposal writing; bid submission and follow-up.

If you are considering estimating or bidding for a job, this workshop is for you!
